Myself and co-founder, Hazel McShane, founded PEEQUAL Ltd in 2020 as students at the University of Bristol. PEEQUAL solves the age-old problem of long toilet queues for the ladies. Quick, safe and sustainable, PEEQUAL solves the problem of women waiting up to 34x longer than men just to use the toilet. 

I am passionate about seeing gender equality reached or at least strived towards, at events. Toilets are a basic requirement which all people should have equal access to. PEEQUAL is a tried and tested solution which can help bring about gender equality at events, it;s also made from recycled materials and the flat-pack design reduces CO2 and transport costs.

Aytekin Tank is the founder of Jotform, an automation enthusiast, and an author. Founded in 2006, Jotform is the pioneering WYSIWYG online form builder, which has grown to serve over 25 million users worldwide and employs a team of more than 650. In 2016, Entrepreneur Magazine named Jotform one of the “Best Privately-Owned Companies in America.”

The bottle of wine in your fridge probably contains more than 60 additives, chemicals and toxins. If this was food, it would be called ‘ultra processed’. This is shit wine.

Most wine production is terrible for the environment. Ruining the soil with fast-farming herbicides and pesticides, and generating huge amounts of carbon-emissions moving glass bottles around the world. This is shit for the environment wine.

And wine in general is a confusing product with thousands of grape varieties, a tendency towards snobbery and stuffiness, and a language of confusing jargon. Which puts up barriers to exploring and experimenting, resulting in most people buying the same few bottles they’ve always bought. This is shit experience for the customers wine.

I am the founder and director of The Content Emporium, a creative digital marketing and customer publishing business based in Bristol. 

I lead a team working on social media strategy, social content creation, web content, e-newsletters, campaign creative, and more. I manage strategy and content delivery for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, working with Landsec and Savills on their accounts. I also edit magazines, produce digital and print artwork, and oversee the quality and performance of all content projects.
